Breakfast-
Coffee
Lunch-
Pure Protein Bar- Chocolate Peanut Butter
Raw almonds and walnuts (6 pieces total)
Dinner-
Chicken- 1/3 breast (pre-cooked mesquite chicken from Sams... So Good!)
Black beans- 20 beans?
Fire roasted bell peppers- few small slices
2% cheddar- just a sprinkling
Salsa
Oopsie-
1 Sugar Free Russell Stover Marshmallow Egg
